Commercial Water Damage – Charleston
Commercial water damage struck this Charleston facility when the main water feed line to the fire suppressant sprinkler system ruptured. The before photo shows just how much water was cut loose and made its way to the floor. Portions of the drywall ceiling can be seen hanging while others had already collapsed to the floor. Water freely flowed from the area where the ceiling drywall had collapsed. SERVPRO of Downtown Charleston could dispatch equipment and crew to the site immediately. We would shut down the main water line and seek out the source of the water leak. The water leak would be repaired. The standing water would be extracted, and sufficient equipment like industrial air movers and dehumidifiers would be set up to aid in the drying process.
